FRANCHISE SPEAKER SERVICES
As a franchise speaker, I like to take the time to connect with and really understand the brand and business and people involved. This happens over a few phone calls, reading your materials, talking with franchisees (when appropriate) and other research and investigation I can consider – the more I know the better I can approach and provide appropriate solutions. I can build in and customize my presentation and talk to use their “brand language” and also address issues that are identified, specific to the brand and audience.
I like to arrive the night before the franchise speaking session, attend sessions before my time, and mingle with corporate staff and franchisees to get a sense of the mood attitude and culture of the brand and system.
My “Franchise Lifecycle” program is applicable to most any franchise system, appealing to franchisees in all four phases of growth, and giving each perspective, understanding and clarity about what things look like when they are going bad, and going good, and what to do about it. Each phase is reinforced with a real-life story to illustrate the principles of each phase, and helps the material be very relevant and meaningful to the audience.
Often there is time for questions and answers with the audience, I like to give them a chance to ask for clarifications or how a particular situation might apply to them.

John has twice recently been a featured speaker at our events, which targeted a franchisee audience – specifically, helping them strengthen their personal businesses and networks while building a better relationship with their franchisor. The content John discussed made a definite impact on the franchisees in attendance. Many cited his presentation (and specific segments of it) as being revelatory, whether as new ideas for improving their own business or as reassurance that the issues they’ve encountered are not unique to them and can be overcome.
